Occasional Overseas Travel

Natural Systems seeks an experienced person to join its staff to:

  • Design and develop e-Learning modules for its browser-based software;
  • Deliver face to face training;
  • Develop other instructional material such as online help and quick reference guides;
  • Word-smith and produce promotional materials;
  • Be an important member of a small team.

Natural Systems produces border management systems (passport control) for foreign government clients.  It is a small dynamic company located in Belconnen, Canberra.  Our personnel blend working from home with working in our office.  We are seeking to expand our personnel (and will need to relocate our office).

You will need:

  • Experience developing training for computer applications;
  • Experience developing e-Learning or similar online material;
  • Advanced English writing and public presentation skills;
  • Concise expression;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to foreign cultures;
  • Highly diligent and self-motivated;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio (or equivalents) or help authoring tools highly desirable.

The position involves:

  • Considerable creative autonomy;
  • Occasional overseas travel of 1-2 weeks;
  • Relaxed office environment.
